Email settings will be the same for all client email programs (phones or computers).

Use EITHER of the following sets:
Using YOUR DOMAIN as mail server name:
Incoming (pop3 or imap) mail server:   mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing SMTP server:   mail.yourdomain.com
-or-
Using HOSTICA as mail server name: (please contact us for exact # of mail server)*
ex: Incoming (pop3 or imap) mail server:   mail#.hostica.com
ex: Outgoing SMTP server:   mail#.hostica.com

SMTP authentication must be checked for the outgoing mail server

Use EITHER of the following sets: (SSL or NON-SSL)
SSL settings:
POP3 Incoming mail port: 995
IMAP Incoming mail port: 993
SMTP Outgoing mail port: 465
-or-
NON-SSL settings:
POP3 Incoming mail port: 110
IMAP Incoming mail port: 143
SMTP Outgoing mail port: 587

Your email username is your complete email address.
Your password is the password you set up when you created your email account.
If you don't remember it, you can change it in the control panel.

To change your email password:
1) Log into your control panel:   https://www.hostica.com/login.html
2) Click on Email
3) Click on your email account name
4) Enter and re-enter a new password, and submit.

* To find the mail server name yourself:
1) Log into your control panel:   https://www.hostica.com/login.html
2) Click on your domain name in the control panel (get to the EDIT DOMAIN PAGE)
3) on Edit Domain page, click on DNS configuration icon

4) under section titled Built in MX records will be your Hostica mail server name: ex: mail6.hostica.com
(your number may be different) (disregard any number in front of the mail6.hostica.com)
