MoneyBack requests are valid ONLY for hosting accounts less than 30 days old. Note that ONLY hosting fees are refundable.  Setup fees and Domain Registration fees are non-refundable.

To request MoneyBack:

 

  1. Log into your hosting account.
  2. Click on Money Back under Billing.
  3. Click "Yes, I do want to get my money back".
  4. After clicking on "Yes", your hosting account will be suspended, and our billing dept will be notified.

I was charged $12.00 today for an account I no longer wish to have. I'd like the account closed and the $12.00 returned.
