Logging back in to Admin Account after setting up Base Reseller CP URL

I'm trying to set up my reseller account. I've gone as far as changing the base reseller CP URL to my domain.
Prior to this, I added the nameservers and IPs in the Manage Domain settings of my registrar (which happens to be through Hostica as well - opensrs.net).
When, I log back in to my admin account, I can't get to the control panel page anymore. I get a message saying that /psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP was not found on this server.
Is this a case of waiting for the new DNS settings to propagate through the internet or is there something else going on?

Yes, this is most likely caused by your domain not resolving to us yet. Please log into your billing account with us, and switch the default CP url back on.
