uploading email mbox files

I recently needed to move a domain from one user to another.

So started to transfer email files.

I did this by downloading each email users inbox file as an .mbox. (I tested this procedure and was able to upload a 4.4 MB file)

However, when actually doing the job, horde would not upload files greater than 2 MB.

Is there a way I can increase this limit to say 10 MB - and the limit on attachments?
