changing the Registration Service Provider for a domain

heya...

one of the domains we host was transferred from a different host provider who also uses Tucows... The domain DNS record is in my Tucows management profile, but i am unable to change the Registration Service Provider to myself so that -i- can renew the domain without having to go back to the -old- provider... what is the process?!?

The domain name will need to be transferred from the RSP in question. You can submit a transfer request here:

https://www.hostica.com/cgi-bin/osf/order.cgi?reg_type=transfer

The RSP transfer should take considerably less time for approval and finalization than a transfer from one registrar to another.
