I'm using my username/password I use to log into my hosting account and it's not working for the Domain Manager. Why doesn't it work?
Since the Domain Manager and Hosting Control panel are managed by different software systems, the username/password for logging into each will not be the same. If you've misplaced your username/password for the Domain Manager, please use the "Lost Password" form above.
My email address on my whois record is no longer valid. How can I get this changed if I can't log in?
If your email address is no longer valid, you will need to have the address changed by us. You will need to go to
http://adminemail.hostica.com
Print the form, fill out the form, and fax the form to the number listed on the form. Be sure to check the appropriate boxes for the email address(es) you need changed. Once we recieve the fax from you, your email address will be changed, and you can use the "Lost Password" form above to get your usernames/passwords sent to you.
Note: Please do not call us or email us asking for the email address to be changed. You'll be instructed to follow the above steps to change your email address.
